Michelle has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles from the Department of Navy to Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell in the beauty industry. With a MBSR Teacher certification from UCSD School of Medicine, Meditation Teacher certification from Ananda, Perfect Health Teacher certification from Chopra Center for Wellbeing and a Yoga Teacher certification, she is well equipped to support you on your mindful journey.
